During the above Maintenance Window our Data Center Provider will be performing core network improvements in our primary data center locations.
There is no expected downtime or outage during this window. However, there may be an increase latency or a minor disruption in network traffic for 2-3 minutes.

Starting at 10:39AM CDT on April 2, 2024, one of our monitoring systems detected an full system outage effecting Web and Mail Services for all of our own and client managed services.

After investigating the outage we have determined that the outage was localized to our local (Quincy) monitoring system. The outage was caused by an routing change by our local transit provider.
This outage only effected users on Adams Network/Adams Fiber between 10:39-10:52AM on April 2.

At 6:50PM CDT on July 15, 2023 our monitoring system detected our mail server went offline. We are currently investigating the issue and will update this post with details.

6:50PM - Outage Start/Investigation Starts
6:55PM - Found Network Issue with Mail Server
7:05PM - Data Center Provider informed of unscheduled maintenance on host server
7:47PM - Data Center Provider informed us that the physical server that is running our mail service has failed. We are looking into alternatives for the mean time, we will update this post with additional information as we have access to it.
8:40PM - Monitoring system detected mail server back online, investigating.
8:45PM - Data Center provider informed node was recovered, we are continue to monitor the situation.
12:00AM - Minor System Maintenance, few minutes of downtime expected.

On January 28, 2023 at 11PM CST our Managed Web and Managed Mail Services went offline. The issue was caused by our data center provider.
We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue and will update this post with additional details, when and if those details become available.

We are still waiting to hear from DC about issue.
This issue has been resolved as of 12:15AM CT Jan 29. This issue was caused by internal systems of our DC Provider.

Our data center provider will be conducting core network upgrade and maintenance during the above window. Our Managed Web and Mail Service will experience some packet loss and downtime during this period. We expect only a few minutes of downtime.

On August 13 starting about 3:38PM CT, our Managed Web and Managed Mail Services went offline. The issue is with our data center provider, which started an investigation at 3:50PM CT. Our service came back online around 3:52PM CT.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update this post with additional detail when available.

Services are currently stable, however our Data Center Provider will be doing maintenance on network equipment in the emergency maintenance window below:
