We are aware of an issue with our Managed Mail Services.

We are currently working on resolving the issue, update will be posted below:

• 10:35A: Investigating issue
• 10:50A: Service coming back online, but still investigating
• 11:00A: Service is Online and Stable - We are continuing to monitor
• 11:20A: Root Cause Analysis in Process
• 11:50A: Service is working normally

[Update] Root Cause Analysis of Issue

At 10:30 AM on August 6, 2026 monitoring systems lost access to managed mail host. We investigated host and found it in an inaccessible state via indirect and direct access. Recovered host from hung state and restore initial mail services by 10:50 AM. Reviewed system logs and found possible cause of issue, changed settings to prevent issue from reoccurring.

In the near future we will be migrating to a new host and retire this host.
