Some of our managed mail clients will have there DKIM records and signing key updated to stronger encryption algorithms. This is being done to improve mail delivery. We expect less than a minute of downtime for this change.
We expect this change to go into affect between 22:00 - 23:00 on October 18, 2016.
Between August 24-27 we will be upgrading our primary web server to increase the system memory. This will improve the system’s performance and provide better speed for all managed websites.
Our current timeline for this upgrade is as follows:
Wednesday: Full Server Backup/Snapshot Minor Downtime
Wednesday: Upgrade Test Run No Downtime
Thursday: Site Backups No Downtime
Friday-Saturday: Software Upgrades and Memory upgrade. After Wednesday’s test run we will be able to disclose estimated downtime for this upgrade window.
Our company website has finally made the move to HTTPS!
After a few weeks of planning, we have turned on full encryption on our own website.
Now all of your communications between your device and our website is encrypted. 1
This is only the first step in many bigger changes coming down the pipeline. Soon you will be able to manage your entire account via our website; billing, service management, appointments and more.
We’re so excited to show you what’s coming…
This assumes that your computer is not infected with some nasty spyware or virus. ↩︎
Update: As of July 22, 2016 all Managed Web Presence Properties’ have been migrated to our new transactional email service. We only have a few more changes before our DMARC, DKIM, and SPF Rollout will change to the spam and unauthorized mail monitoring process.
Original: Starting on July 16, 2016, we are moving our Managed Web Presence Properties’ transactional email processing, to an enterprise class email service.
We are doing this as part of our DMARC, DKIM, and SPF rollout to improve email quality and cut down on spamming/spoofing of email addresses.
The current plan is to rollout this change over the course of the week of July 17.
This change will not affect your normal email service (Managed Mail Service). This change is only for the email sent by your website or web application.
What is Transactional Email: Transactional email is email that a website/web application sends to a user of the website. Examples of transactional emails are; Order Confirmations, Password Reset, Welcome Emails, etc.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Completed: After a late start, the maintenance has been completed successfully.
On July 17, 2016 starting at 1:00AM CDT we will be performing regular system maintenance on our Web and Mail Servers. We expect a few minutes of downtime, so that our servers can reboot.

We would like to thank the staff at our Los Angeles Data Center for the help they have provided to us over the years.
Why the change
We decided to change our data center providers for many different reasons, the main reason is to provide our clients the best possible service. Some of the other choices include:
Faster and More Powerful Servers
Faster Network Connections
Newer Software
Fast SSD Drives
New Features and Services - Faster
Free SSL/TLS Certificates on All Sites
Access to new locations
New York (Primary and Default), San Francisco, Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Singapore, India and more
This change will allow us to provide new and exciting opportunities for our clients.
We will be announcing some exciting news in the coming months because of these changes - keep an look out for it.
What is Affected?
This change has required us to migrate all our Managed Services and web properties to the new infrastructure. We have been working on this migration for the last five months.
We’re happy to announce that the migration was 100% successful.
Now all of our clients’ services are running upon our new and better infrastructure - providing faster services to all.

We have ran into a problem during the transferring to the new server, which is currently blocking us from continuing the process. We are currently looking into the problem and will update this post with the latest information, when it comes avaiable.
Because of this blocker the site is still hosted on our old server (LA Data Center) and has data entry disabled. This means that our current public site is unable to provide the following functionality:
Commenting - Disabled
New Articles - Disabled
New FAQs - Disabled
New Videos - Disabled
As mentioned, we are attempting to resolve this blocker as fast as possible to finish the move.
